1. Who is responsible

2. The current waitlist form
The waitlist form is a design preview. Typing an email address and pressing its button does not transmit that address to us or save it in a website database or browser storage. The form displays a notice explaining that signups are not open. Your own browser may offer autofill or retain form entries under your browser settings.
Before real registration opens, this notice will be updated to identify the information collected, its purpose, the service providers involved, retention and how to withdraw from launch notifications.
3. Website requests and hosting
When a browser requests a webpage, the server and hosting infrastructure receive technical connection information, which can include an IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. Hosting or access providers may maintain operational or security logs.
The current local preview does not maintain an application database of visitors. Cloudflare is the planned hosting provider for the public website. Production hosting settings, access controls, log access, retention and any relevant international processing must be confirmed before public launch. This notice does not claim that hosting infrastructure processes no data.
4. Cookies and tracking
The website does not currently set cookies or save information in browser storage. It contains no advertising trackers or analytics. The artwork is served with the website, rather than through embedded social media or advertising services.
A hosting or access service may use its own mechanisms, including authentication cookies, outside this website code. Those mechanisms need to be reviewed for the public deployment. If optional analytics or advertising is added later, the notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
5. Demonstrations and AI
The conversation on this website is fictional. It does not send prompts to an AI provider, record meetings, access emails or retrieve customer records. The website does not ask you for an AI API key.
The planned Leafy Mind product is intended to support customer-controlled hosting and BYOK AI. A customer's chosen AI provider may process information submitted to it. This website notice is not a guarantee about a future customer's deployment, provider settings or product data processing.
6. Sharing and retention
There are no waitlist registrations held by this preview to share, sell or retain. The website code contains no advertising or data-sale integration. Any production hosting logs and future registration records need an identified purpose, service-provider arrangement and retention schedule before launch.
7. Your choices and requests
You can browse without completing the preview form. You can also manage browser autofill and any host-level cookies through your browser settings. Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing or make other privacy requests.

8. Intended audience
This website is intended for people evaluating business software, not for children. It does not offer a child-directed service or request information from children through its preview form.
