Privacy Policy
This notice describes the current Leafy Mind website preview operated by Ingenius Ai Software LLC, United States. It does not describe a deployed customer workspace.
1. Who is responsible
Ingenius Ai Software LLC operates this website. Our business address is 516 W Shaw, Suite 200, Fresno, CA 93704, United States. For privacy questions, email contact@leafymind.com.
2. The waitlist form
When you submit the waitlist form, we store the email address you entered, the date and time, the page you were on, the country reported by our hosting provider for your connection, and a status for your registration (pending, confirmed or unsubscribed) with the times any confirmation, welcome or removal email was sent. We use this information only to confirm your registration, tell you when Leafy Mind launches and to answer any question you send us about your registration. We do not store your IP address or browser details in the waitlist.
Joining the waitlist sends a confirmation email to the address you entered, with a link to confirm it. The address is saved in a database on Cloudflare's infrastructure (Cloudflare D1, primary storage in Cloudflare's Eastern Europe region) with a status of pending until you use that link; if you never do, the pending record is deleted after 30 days. Once you confirm, we send you one welcome email and send one notification email from waitlist@leafymind.com to our company mailbox, contact@leafymind.com, so that we can follow up; the owner mailbox is not notified before you confirm. We do not sell, rent or share the list, and we do not use it for advertising or profiling.
The welcome email and every later email we send you carry a removal link that works instantly with no login required; using it marks your address unsubscribed right away and stops all further email. If you have only received the confirmation email, that email carries no removal link by design; ignoring it leaves your address pending and it is deleted after 30 days, or you can email contact@leafymind.com to have it removed sooner. We otherwise keep a confirmed registration until the launch announcement has been sent or until you ask us to remove it, whichever comes first. To withdraw at any time, use the removal link in the welcome email or any later email, or email contact@leafymind.com from the address you registered and we will delete the record.
3. Website requests and hosting
When a browser requests a webpage, the server and hosting infrastructure receive technical connection information, which can include an IP address, requested address, browser information and request time. Hosting or access providers may maintain operational or security logs.
The public website is hosted on Cloudflare. Cloudflare may keep operational and security logs of requests under its own terms. The website's own database holds only the waitlist registrations described in section 2. The form limits attempts per connection address inside Cloudflare's network and rejects automated submissions; we do not keep your IP address in the waitlist or anywhere else on the site. Confirmation and removal links carry a random one-time code rather than your email address, so a link stops working once you have used it or, for a confirmation link, after 7 days; an automated daily job also deletes any pending address that was never confirmed after 30 days.
4. Cookies and tracking
The website does not currently set cookies or save information in browser storage. It contains no advertising trackers or analytics. The artwork is served with the website, rather than through embedded social media or advertising services.
A hosting or access service may use its own mechanisms, including authentication cookies, outside this website code. Those mechanisms need to be reviewed for the public deployment. If optional analytics or advertising is added later, the notice and any required consent controls must be updated before they are enabled.
5. Demonstrations and AI
The conversation on this website is fictional. It does not send prompts to an AI provider, record meetings, access emails or retrieve customer records. The website does not ask you for an AI API key.
The planned Leafy Mind product is intended to support customer-controlled hosting and BYOK AI. A customer's chosen AI provider may process information submitted to it. This website notice is not a guarantee about a future customer's deployment, provider settings or product data processing.
6. Sharing and retention
Waitlist registrations are kept only for the purpose and period described in section 2 and are not shared, sold or used for advertising. The website code contains no advertising or data-sale integration. Any production hosting logs need an identified purpose, service-provider arrangement and retention schedule before launch.
7. Your choices and requests
You can browse without joining the waitlist, and you can ask us to delete your registration at any time by emailing contact@leafymind.com. You can also manage browser autofill and any host-level cookies through your browser settings. Depending on the law that applies to you and the processing involved, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, object to certain processing or make other privacy requests.
For privacy requests, contact contact@leafymind.com. Applicable rights and request procedures will be documented once the production processing is confirmed.
8. Intended audience
This website is intended for people evaluating business software, not for children. It does not offer a child-directed service or request information from children through its waitlist form.
9. Updates and contact
This policy will be revised when the website's data practices change.
