What is Leafy Mind?
Leafy Mind is being built to connect client information, projects, CRM and marketing operations in one workspace. Its memory layer is designed to bring together emails, meeting transcripts, documents and task history so teams can find the context behind their work.
Who is Leafy Mind for?
Leafy Mind is designed for companies and teams managing clients, projects and marketing work. The current scope focuses on client operations. HR, payroll and general accounting are not part of the defined launch scope.
How will client memory work?
The planned memory layer connects information to each client. A team member can ask Leafy AI about a meeting, request or project, and receive a summary based on the information available to them. Access permissions and source material determine what can be retrieved.
Which tools are planned?
Planned capabilities include CRM, marketing strategy, website and blog building, SEO, AEO and GEO, meeting transcripts, projects and tasks, research, email, creative assets and reporting. This website describes the intended product; it does not mean every feature is already available.
What does bring your own key mean?
Bring your own key, or BYOK, means using your own account and API key with a supported AI provider. Leafy Mind’s planned model does not add a markup to AI usage. Your AI provider may charge you directly, and separate software and hosting costs may apply.
Where will my company’s data be hosted?
Leafy Mind is intended to run on infrastructure controlled by the customer, such as a private server or a supported cloud environment. The intended model gives the customer ownership of their data and does not give Ingenius Ai Software LLC routine access to customer workspace content. Deployment and support arrangements will be defined before launch.
Does private hosting keep data away from AI providers?
Private hosting and data ownership are different from AI processing. When a feature sends information to your chosen AI provider, that provider processes it under its own terms and settings. BYOK does not by itself mean that all processing stays on your server.
Is Leafy Mind available now?
Leafy Mind is not publicly launched. The site contains a fictional conversation demonstration and a preview waitlist form. The form does not currently send or save email addresses. A launch date, final feature availability and commercial terms have not been announced.
