Leafy Mind is a product of Ingenius Ai Software LLC, United States. In these terms, “we,” “us” and “our” refer to that company.
2. Website scope and launch status
This website introduces a product in development. Feature descriptions, examples and demonstrations describe intended capabilities and may change. The conversation shown on the homepage is fictional. It does not retrieve real client records or provide a live AI service.
There is no purchase, paid subscription or live product account offered through this preview. Joining the waitlist stores your email address so that we can tell you when Leafy Mind launches; the Privacy Policy explains what is kept and how to withdraw. A launch date and final product terms have not been announced.
3. Using the website
You may browse the site for information and share links to its pages. Do not use it unlawfully, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with its operation, introduce malicious code or misrepresent your connection with Ingenius Ai Software LLC.
4. Website content and intellectual property
The Leafy Mind name, branding, website content and software may be protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Any such rights belong to Ingenius Ai Software LLC or the relevant rights holders. Browsing this website does not transfer ownership or grant a license to commercialize its branding, software or original artwork. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law.
5. Planned hosting and AI services
Descriptions of customer-controlled hosting, data ownership and bring-your-own-key AI express the intended product model. Specific supported providers, responsibilities, access arrangements, support terms and fees will be described in the applicable product agreement before a customer subscribes.
Third-party AI and cloud providers have their own terms and charges. Owning your data or supplying an API key does not prevent information from being processed by a provider when you use its services.

We aim to keep the website accurate, but development plans can change and the site may be unavailable or contain errors. To the extent permitted by applicable law, this informational preview is provided as available without a guarantee that every described capability will be released or that the website will be uninterrupted or error-free.
